I have over 14 years experience in banking including management. Before joining Management Recruiters of Winona, I partnered with my bank clients to improve their lives through financial solutions. I now take that same concept and apply it to working with my candidates and clients helping to improve their lives through career advancement and developing talented staff. I have worked for both corporate and independent banks, which gives me a strong insight in recognizing qualified candidates that fit within the culture and structure of these types of companies. My background in lending and management contributes significantly in finding what a I call "top talented bankers".
